The Ramp House is situated at the far end of the property and boasts a custom built, covered skateboard park! This area can also be used to park a vehicle in. There is a large storage room with metal security door and plenty of room for all of your gear and will even fit a quadricycle! The Ramp House offers a one bedroom and one bath efficiency apartment with an outdoor kitchen area. There is also an outdoor shower made with local shells. On the second level you will find a lovely open air lounge and bar area overlooking the grounds, that offers privacy and cool breezes.

The three houses can be supplied with gravity fed water or directly from the electric pump and water well system. Each house is separately metered for electricity which works well for long term rentals to separate the usage.
